Privacy Policy

Effective 6 July 2026

This policy explains what personal information Jiun Studio (지운스튜디오, “JIUN STUDIO”, “we”) collects across jiunstudio.com and the JIUN STUDIO platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, and login credentials when you create a platform account.
  • Content you store — pages, posts, images, and records you and your team put into the platform. This content belongs to you.
  • Contact and inquiry details — what you send us through contact forms or email.
  • Usage and technical data — logs, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP, used to keep the service secure and working.

2. Information we process for our customers

When a business runs its website or AI assistant on our platform, information from that site's visitors (for example chat conversations or form submissions) is processed by us on that business's behalf and under its instructions. The business is responsible for its own privacy notice; we act as its service provider and do not use visitor data for our own purposes.

3. How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content to advertise to third parties.

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the service;
  • to power AI features you enable — content you connect is processed to generate responses;
  • to respond to support requests and send service notices;
  • to handle billing through our payment providers;
  • to protect the service against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

4. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe for card payments). Card details go directly to the payment provider; we never receive or store full card numbers. The provider's handling of your data is described in its own privacy policy.

5. Service providers

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service, each processing data only as needed for their role: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (content delivery and file storage), Anthropic (AI processing for AI features), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payments).

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to run the service: keeping you signed in and remembering your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep personal information while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting obligations. When you cancel, you can export your content; after account deletion we remove or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

8. Security and international transfers

Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted, and we review our providers' security practices. Our providers operate infrastructure in multiple regions, so your information may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing, subject to applicable law (including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and the Australian Privacy Principles). Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The DotDot mobile app has its own privacy policy, available at /privacy/dotdot.

10. Changes and contact

We will post updates to this policy here and give notice of material changes. Privacy questions and requests: hello@jiunstudio.com. This service is operated by Jiun Studio (지운스튜디오), Republic of Korea.
