Terms of Service

The JIUN STUDIO platform is a managed website and AI business-operations service. Depending on your plan, it includes managed website hosting, a content management system (CMS) for editing your site yourself, an AI assistant that answers visitor questions and supports day-to-day operations, and ongoing care from our team.

Plan inclusions and current prices are listed on our pricing page. Features described as roadmap or upcoming are not part of any plan until released.

You need an account to use the platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are for businesses and their authorized team members; you must provide accurate information when signing up.

Subscription payments are processed securely by our payment providers (currently Stripe). Card details are handled by the payment provider and never touch our servers.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

We may change plan prices or inclusions with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your service continues until the end of the period you have paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term beyond the current billing period.

New subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Everything you put into the platform — text, images, pages, customer records — remains yours. You grant us only the license needed to host, display, back up, and process that content in order to run the service for you.

You can export your content and leave at any time. We do not hold your website or data hostage: on request after cancellation, we will provide your content in a reasonable, commonly used format.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for the accuracy of information you publish through the platform.

AI features (such as the visitor assistant) generate responses from the content and knowledge sources you connect. AI output can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing material published or sent on your behalf and for how you use AI output in your business.

The platform itself — its software, design system, and documentation — belongs to JIUN STUDIO or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any rights in the platform to you beyond the right to use it while subscribed.

We work to keep the service available and monitored around the clock, and we schedule maintenance to minimize disruption. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis; support channels and response targets depend on your plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer guarantees.

We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these Terms, after notice where practicable. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Sections concerning ownership, liability, and governing law survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice (for example by email or in-product notice) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
