Refund Policy

We want you to feel safe trying JIUN STUDIO. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how refunds are processed.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Every new subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If JIUN STUDIO is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full — monthly or annual, no questions asked.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal was charged and you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will refund the renewal payment, provided the service has not been substantially used in the new period.
To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel at any time before your renewal date; service continues until the end of the paid period.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@jiunstudio.com with the email address you subscribed with (or your receipt number). You can also reply directly to your payment receipt email. We respond within 2 business days.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to — and does not limit — any rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including the Australian Consumer Law.
